This option instructs the server to effectively only accept FTP connections to a single IP address. By default, NcFTPd uses the "wildcard" address which enables you to accept FTP connections to any valid IP address on the machine (including the loopback, 127.0.0.1).
If you must use this option, be sure to have only one domain listed in the domain.cf, and make sure that domain's server-address matches the value you use for this option.
