allow-downloads-if-quota-exceeded NcFTPd general.cf file configuration
Don't forget to restart NcFTPd after modifying the general.cf file.

If you're using NcFTPd Quotas, you may want to provide an incentive to the user if the user has exceeded his quota. By default, NcFTPd allows the user to continue to download files, but not upload new ones. Using this option you can choose to disable both downloading and uploading, so the user is forced to clean up their directory before transferring any additional data.
